Design in Any Art Style
Style Packs are one-click art styles. Switch on Manga, Graffiti, Bauhaus or any of the fourteen, and ShoutCreate brings that genre's colours, fonts and a matching document look — so a poster, zine or ebook instantly feels like it belongs to that world.
A look in a box
Instead of choosing colours and fonts one by one to get a Manga or Bauhaus feel, you switch the pack on and ShoutCreate loads a curated palette, a pair of matching fonts, and a document theme built in that style — all at once.
Part 1
What a Style Pack is
Every pack is a small bundle of three things, chosen by hand to work together:
- A colour palette. Six colours drawn from the genre — the reds and yellows of Bauhaus, the spray-can neons of Graffiti, the navy and rope-cream of Maritime.
- A font pairing. A display font for headings and a readable font for body text — for example Bangers over Nunito for Manga, or Monoton over Rajdhani for Vaporwave.
- A document theme. A ready-made look for the Document tool that uses the pack's fonts, ink colour and accent, so an ebook or lead magnet comes out in that style with no extra setup.
Part 2
Turn one on
- Open the gallery. Click Studios in the top bar, then Style Packs…. A window opens showing every pack with its colours.
- Pick a style. Each card shows the palette and a short description. Click Turn on under the one you want.
- Done. The pack's fonts start loading and its document theme becomes available immediately. Your choice is remembered — the pack is still on next time you open ShoutCreate.
Part 3
What actually changes
Turning a pack on is deliberately gentle — it adds options rather than overwriting your canvas. Here's exactly what you get in the Vector studio:
- The pack's fonts jump to the top of the font menu, under a highlighted "Pop Art fonts" heading, so the right typefaces are the first thing you see.
- The pack's colours lead the bottom palette strip, marked with the pack's name and a highlight ring — so you're drawing straight from the genre's palette. The full colour spectrum still follows, so nothing is lost.
- Genre stamps become available under Studios → Style stamps… — ready-made motifs you drop onto the page (see Part 5a).
- A matching document theme appears in the Document tool's theme menu, marked with a ✦ — for example "Manga ✦".
- Your choice is saved so the style stays on between sessions until you turn it off.
Part 4
Using a pack in a document
Packs shine in the Document tool — perfect for zines, worksheets, ebooks and lead magnets in a specific style.
- Turn on a pack from Studios → Style Packs….
- Open the Document Manager and find the Theme menu.
- Choose the pack's theme — the one ending in ✦ (e.g. "Bauhaus ✦"). Your document rebuilds with the pack's fonts, heading style and accent colour.
- Keep designing. Pull the pack's palette colours onto covers and headings for a fully coordinated piece.
Part 5a
Genre stamps
Every pack comes with a set of ready-made stamps — little SVG motifs drawn in the pack's style. Pop Art has comic bursts, halftone dots and lightning; Manga has speed-lines, sparkles and speech bubbles; Maritime has anchors, ship's wheels and lighthouses.
- Turn on a pack from Studios → Style Packs….
- Open the stamps at Studios → Style stamps…. You'll see the active pack's motifs.
- Click any stamp to drop it on your page. It lands selected — drag to move it, and use the corner handles to resize.
- Recolour or restyle it like any other shape once it's placed.

Bauhaus
Primary colours, hard geometry, function over decoration.
Swiss
Strict grid, red and black, clean grotesque type.
Manga
High-contrast black ink, screentone greys and one shock of red.
Graffiti
Loud spray-can colour, bold letterforms, concrete energy.
Cartoon
Rounded, cheerful and primary — made to make people smile.
Sunset
Coral, amber and dusk purple — warm, dreamy, unhurried.
Maritime
Navy, signal red and rope cream — crisp harbourside classic.
Pop Art
Comic-dot primaries, thick outlines, unapologetically bold.
Vaporwave
Hot pink and cyan on deep night — glowing 80s nostalgia.
Art Deco
Gold and black geometry, tall elegant caps, jazz-age luxe.
Noir
Smoky monochrome with one blood-red accent. Dramatic and moody.
Botanical
Sage, terracotta and cream — soft, natural and unhurried.
Bento
Rice paper and sumi ink with flat block colours — matcha, tamago, umeboshi.
Bento Modern
Modular cards on near-black with electric violet, cyan and pink.
Part 6
For teachers & classrooms
Style Packs turn "make a poster" into "make a poster in the Bauhaus style" — a brief with built-in art history and instant, professional-looking results.
Lesson ideas
- Set the style as the brief. Ask students to switch on a pack and design within its palette and fonts — a real constraint that teaches genre.
- Discuss the choices. Why does Bauhaus use only primary colours? Why is Swiss type so plain? The packs make these questions concrete.
- Compare results. The same content in two different packs is a ready-made lesson in how style changes meaning.
Part 7
Turning a pack off
- Open Studios → Style Packs… again.
- Press Turn off on the active pack (its button shows "Turn off" while it's on).
- ShoutCreate returns to its default look. Your documents keep whichever theme you chose — switching the pack off doesn't undo work you've already done.
